During my recent stay at Golden Paradise Beach, I found the culinary experience to be a highlight of the trip. Each dish was a culinary masterpiece, showcasing local ingredients and traditional techniques in a modern and innovative way.One evening, I had the pleasure of dining at the hotel's restaurant, where the chef's creativity shone through in every bite. From the rich and velvety mole sauce that accompanied the tender chicken to the fresh ceviche bursting with citrusy notes, each dish was a celebration of Mexico's vibrant gastronomic scene.Another delightful touch was the option to enjoy breakfast at the neighboring B&B—a cozy experience that allowed me to savor the morning breeze and the flavors of a perfectly cooked chilaquiles dish.
